Who we are

TrueAsk is operated by Louis-Olivier Deschênes, Carignan, Quebec, Canada, who is also the person in charge of protecting personal information. Contact: tynor334@gmail.com.

What we collect

When you join the waitlist: your email address, your answers to the five short questions, and the date and wording of the consent you gave. We do not use cookies or analytics on this site, and we do not store your IP address.

Why

To email you when TrueAsk launches and about early access, and to understand what buyers and resellers need so we build the right product. We never sell your information.

Where it is stored

On Cloudflare, our hosting provider. Its servers may be outside Quebec and Canada, including in the United States. Cloudflare processes technical request data to operate and protect the site.

How long

Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, and at most 24 months after launch.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or withdraw your consent, at any time by writing to the contact above. Every email we send will include a way to unsubscribe.
